Research Engineer - Grinding Application Technology

Objective of the Position

General Characteristics :

• Handle field trials, customer visit, routine tests at SGRI, data analysis and interpretation.
• Utilize basic manufacturing engineering principles and techniques to support different business. 
• Blend of science and engineering is a must in each activity.

Dimension & Responsibility

Direction of Others :

• 1-2 team members usually made up of technicians.

Guidance and Authority :

• Reports to Research Group Leader/Senior research engineer. 
 
• Totally responsible for data generation, routine tests. Will be supported with constant help and supervision other senior research professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Incumbent is assigned broadly defined programs utilizing advance technology to solve the problems in the area of grinding technology.
• Program area ranges from applying engineering concepts to scientific elements to understand, investigate the problem area and to suggest solution.

Education & Experience

Academic Qualification :

• Skills associated with Master’s Degree or equivalent experience, as well as general communication skills with 7-8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering domain.
• Fresh Mtech student with relevant project exposure.
