Team Leader /SRE - Abrasives

Skills & Knowledge

Dynamic, innovative, customer facing skills
Methodical and organized with demonstrated experience in product and application development
Good communication and demonstrated experience in Cloth finishing; handling of cloth finishing lines; trouble shooting, maintenance etc

Academic Qualification

Ph.D,/Masters in textile chemistry or textile engineering is a must with experience in Backings/substrate for Abrasives is desirable

Technical Field

Textiles, performance fabrics, cloth design/construction, cloth finishing, abrasives, cloth finishing line;

Experience

• Strong textile chemistry/engineering background and established research experience
• Demonstrated track record of lab-scale and pilot-scale product development; hands on ability to handle cloth finishing lines
• Ability to innovate and build experimental capabilities for quick validation of ideas
• Experience working with global R n D and interface strongly with sales & marketing functions
